– Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
– Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

– Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions.
– Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.

3. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

4. Refund Processing
– Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
– Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
